Shipping and Returns

RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY PERIODS

COVID-19 STATEMENT:
During the current COVID-19 crisis the pricing of all PPE supplies (eg. masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant products) has been highly inflated due to the unavailability of these products in the market. Our pricing will also fluctuate due to market trends, but we will do our utmost to keep our pricing fair.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns on these types of products. Please also understand, we will not be offering any form of credits or refunds for pricing decreases as the products become more readily available. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:
Merchandise cannot and should not be returned back to WellnessMed Supply Inc., without a [ RGA ] Returned Goods Authorization number and must include a photocopy of the original invoice clearly stating the invoice number and total amount paid. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items if WellnessMed Supply Inc. is not at fault.

SHIPPING POLICY
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars We Offer Free Shipping Anywhere in Canada ON ORDERS OVER $75 BEFORE TAX ** For some items that are Heavy or Large size boxes or Special order item, a small shipping charge may apply, at our discretion. Additionally any overweight shipments are subject to additional freight charges.

Shipping Charge for any Remote, Air Stage, or Rural Destinations – Please understand that we incur heavy shipping charges for these out of reach locations, an additional shipping charge may apply, at our discretion.

We will ship your order to the address EXACTLY as it is inputted on our website, therefore orders returned to us undeliverable due to customer input error will not be re-shipped without a form of payment to cover new shipping costs.

Estimated Times for Delivery

  • Ontario and Quebec – Approximately 2 or 3 business days.
  • Manitoba, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan & Nova Scotia – Approximately 3 to 5 business days.
  • British Columbia, Alberta, Prince Edward Island & Newfoundland – Approximately 5 to 7 business days.
  • Any Territories and Remote areas – Approximately 7 to 12 business days.

**Please note that some shipments may require additional shipping charges due to excessive weight, liquid gel, rural shipping areas and bulk/special orders. There will be an additional $25 applied to shipments going to the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

**Please note Above Two Territories Free Shipping Rule does not Apply Due to Higher Shipping Costs.

Please Note: US Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by local customs agencies. wellnessmedsupply.ca does not charge for or collect these fees.

In order to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue. Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If a Canada post tracking confirmation, or Courier tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost. Most of our Tens Machine are One (1) year Warranty from date of original shipment from our (wellnessmedsupply.ca) facility or from an authorized (wellnessmedsupply.ca) Distributor.

All returned merchandise must be in like-new, re-sell condition and as received condition. All freight charges must be prepaid and insured by you, the buyer on all returned merchandise. All authorized merchandise must be returned back to WellnessMed Supply Inc. within 10 calendar days after being delivered.

Any items shipped back to WellnessMed Supply Inc. after 10 calendar days will be refused and returned back to the purchaser at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to WellnessMed Supply Inc. The buyer must insure the returned shipment.

In the event returned merchandise is damaged, WellnessMed Supply Inc. will file a claim with the shipping carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.

Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
We also cannot accept opened or used products.

We cannot accept any returns from the following categories:

  • Compression Stockings, Support & Braces.
  • All ObusForme Products.
  • Bedding Accessories, Wedge Pillow, Core Pillow, ObusForme Pillow.
  • Any items marked as non refundable.
  • Medi Beads Heating Pads.
  • All Needles and Syringes are non returnable goods.
  • Tens Machines (if they have been used) Dr. Ho products.
  • Portable ultrasound US 1000 – US 2000

Please note: we do not accept opened or used products as we sell only new products. Customers must call for return authorization before you returning any merchandise to the address below.
